TERRA PRIME SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Terra Bikes LLC is committed to delivering your TERRA Prime as promptly as possible and to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices as well as the terms governing returns and refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
Shipping & Delivery
We are committed to fulfilling every order as quickly as conditions allow. Please be aware, however, that delivery timelines may be subject to extended delays beyond our standard estimates due to factors currently affecting our industry, including:
- Exceptionally high demand and ongoing global supply constraints affecting rare earth metals—materials essential to the manufacture of our electric drivetrain components;
- Congestion at shipping ports, including reduced port staffing and processing slowdowns related to newly enacted tariff regulations, which may affect the movement of components and finished units through customs and freight channels.
While we provide estimated delivery windows in good faith at the time of order, these estimates are not guaranteed. Supply chain disruptions, component availability, and production scheduling may cause actual delivery dates to shift. Terra Bikes LLC shall not be held liable for delays in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, manufacturing backlogs, port congestion, tariff-related processing delays, carrier delays, or other supply chain interruptions.
We are actively working with our suppliers and manufacturing partners to minimize these impacts. Should a significant delay affect your order, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and provide an updated delivery estimate. Your order remains valid throughout any such delay, and your patience and continued support are sincerely appreciated as we navigate these industry-wide conditions. If you wish to cancel your order during a delay, you may do so at any time by emailing us directly at support@terramotorcycles.com.
Returns & Refunds
If your TERRA Prime does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible to return it under the terms below.
Return Window. Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery, defined as the date the unit is received by the buyer or the buyer's designated agent, as documented by the carrier or delivery confirmation. Requests made after this fifteen-day window will not be accepted.
Eligibility for a Full Refund. To qualify for a full refund, the returned motorcycle must:
- Display fewer than one hundred (100) miles on the odometer at the time the return is initiated;
- Be free of damage, modification, or excessive wear beyond what would result from normal inspection and limited test riding;
- Be returned with all original components, accessories, documentation, keys, and included materials in resalable condition.
Units exceeding 100 miles, or showing damage, alteration, or wear beyond normal inspection, may be subject to a reduced refund or may be deemed ineligible for return at the sole discretion of Terra Bikes LLC.
Return Shipping. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the motorcycle to Terra Bikes LLC. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the unit during return transit and is strongly encouraged to use a reputable, insured freight carrier. Terra Bikes LLC is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipment.
Titled vs. Untitled Units. The return process differs depending on whether the motorcycle has been titled or registered in the buyer's name.
For untitled units—where the original Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO/MSO) remains unassigned to the buyer or any third party—the return may be processed as a standard refund. The buyer must return the original MCO/MSO and all related documentation in unaltered condition. A unit cannot be accepted for a standard return if the MCO/MSO has been assigned, lost, or submitted to any state titling authority.
For titled or registered units, the transaction can no longer be processed as a simple refund and will instead be handled as a repurchase of a used vehicle. In such cases, the buyer must:
- Provide a clear, valid title free of all liens, encumbrances, and outstanding loans;
- Properly assign and sign the title over to Terra Bikes LLC, along with any documents required to transfer ownership under the buyer's state of registration;
- Acknowledge that the unit will be classified as a used, previously-titled vehicle, which may affect the refund amount.
The buyer is solely responsible for any sales tax, registration fees, title fees, or other government charges already paid to a state or local authority in connection with the original purchase or titling. These charges are paid to the applicable government agency, not to Terra Bikes LLC, and are generally non-recoverable through this return process; the buyer should contact the relevant agency directly regarding any potential refund of such charges. Terra Bikes LLC reserves the right to adjust the refund amount on a titled or registered unit to reflect its change in status and resale value, or to decline a return where clear title cannot be conveyed.
Initiating a Return. To begin a return, email us directly at support@terramotorcycles.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Motorcycles returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Refund Processing. Once the returned unit is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable period following inspection. Original shipping and delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable.
